Katha Sourcing was founded in Belgium in 2026 on a simple belief: interior architects and boutique hotels deserve a sourcing partner who's genuinely present at origin — not a middleman working from a catalogue.

I'm Elias — half Indian, and it was my years in hospitality that brought me here. I kept running into the same frustration: finding materials that are both beautiful and reasonably priced is far harder than it should be. India was the natural place to look, but sourcing there well takes real groundwork — knowing who to trust, who delivers, who cuts corners. That's where I come in, and it's the part of the work I love most: matching the right project with the right hands.

I work directly with manufacturers across India — in marble and natural stone, solid wood and metal furniture, brass and glass handicrafts, and textiles — visiting workshops myself, vetting every supplier in person, and staying close to each project from first sample to final delivery.

We're a young company, and I'm proud of that: our supplier network is growing fast, with our first factory visits and the IHGF Delhi trade fair coming up in October 2026. What you get from day one is a partner who's honest, hands-on, and invested in getting your project right.
