We match your brief to two or three manufacturers from our vetted network: a focused shortlist, not a catalogue to wade through. Every workshop is assessed on craftsmanship, capacity, export readiness and communication, and visited in person before we place work with them.

Before production, we arrange samples or prototypes and check finish, dimensions and materials against your specification. Nothing goes into production without your written approval.

We follow production directly with the workshop, in their language and time zone, with regular photo updates. Before anything is packed, the goods are inspected against the approved samples.

The manufacturer prepares the export paperwork; we coordinate freight, EU customs clearance and delivery to your project site, and remain your point of contact after the pieces arrive.

Manufacturers invoice you directly, at their own price. We never buy and resell, so there is no hidden mark-up on the pieces themselves.

Our fee is a percentage of the goods value that decreases as the project grows, with a fixed minimum per project. A small start fee confirms the brief and is fully credited against the commission.

Freight, duties, samples and inspections are charged at what they actually cost, without mark-up. You receive the full fee structure with your first quote.
